Lost items in the Uber ride

Yesterday, I requested an Uber ride from The Glen Shopping Mall, which i was from Checkers. The trolley that i had was full of my groceries, unfortunately i did not have company, i was on my own, the Uber car came, driven by Delroy Ndabezinhle, Renault Triber RXE around 15h19, the guy was so helpful, assisted me by putting some of the plastic bags inside the car others were in the boot, on arrival at the destination i requested him to drive in as the grocery was too much, immediately after he left i realised that there are some food stuff that are missing, and those food stuff were juices for children for school, cheese, oil, magarien, at the cash value of +-R500. Tried calling him via Uber App the phone kept on cutting until i could not reach him, i then sent a message via Uber App regarding this at some instances i checked with checkers and the footage showed that nothing went missing at the store. i kept on trying to reach Uber and their driver till to date nothing. it means the guy did not take out all my bags in the car and made it purposely for not reaching me back. am so disappointed at this it is my first time losing such in the Uber ride and nothing is being done by them, am more than heart broken.
