Lost items

I left my personal items in an Uber, I tried contacting the driver and his number is not going through, I contacted Uber support and no one seems to be taking me seriously, the items I forgot in the Uber are very important one of it is what I use to work. I've been trying to get help for the past 2 days and no one is helping me.
