LOST ITEM NEVER RECOVERED

On 23/02/01 I ordered uber pick up to fetch my belongings at an adress , it was my clothes and ,shoes and a few other staff , amongst them was my brand new pair of Lacoste sneakers which were part of the things to be collected, when my things were delivered, upon checking them after the driver left I discovered that my pair of Lacoste sneakers were missing and lodged a call back with uber, its been over 3 weeks now and call came in from the driver because he knows why I asked for a call back and its clearly because am trying to recover my lost item , uber is not following up or doing anything about it , this is the worst service ever , its not safe ,you'll most likely lose your belongings and uber wont give a damn to follow up with thier driver on this or even bother to reimburse you on your lost item.

Don't use this service, it's the worst, you'll lose your staff.
