Lost item in Uber

on the evening of the 4 August 2026 @ 18h48 , i was dropped off at my place, and three minutes later realised my phone was left in the Uber, i tried calling it 4 times and it only rang , and then was switched off. I notified Uber , they left my contact details with the driver to contact me , and when i asked for his number , the driver did not give permission for me to contact him.
