Lost item, cannot retrieve from uber

I am really disappointed at the support I am trying to obtain from a trip I had on the 2nd of Feb 2025. There was not feedback on your app after reporting l a lost item 4 times, and the drivers contact details are not loaded on the app. I have also tried the help option mvamad no response after 24 hours, no feedback whatsoever
