LOST ITEM

i left my gas cylinder in a uber which the driver said he dropped it at the uber Greenlight center , whats strange is when i lodged the incident report they said they will alert me but no one alerted me , when i went to the uber offices they called the driver on his number he said he dropped it off ther but nobody from uber contacted me , we have a bad cold front and i stay with kids which are frezzing on a daily basis its so unfair that the styff at uber arent trying to assist me a gas cylinder is so expensive please help me recover my gas cylinder i beg for the kids its so cold each and every night its painful to see my children suffer while i had bought a cylinder i am begging for help UBER PLEASE
