Lost Iphone 11

On Sunday morning I requested an Uber home. After reaching my destination I jumped out the vehicle and accidentally left my Iphone 11 cellphone behind. I immediately contacted UBER to get hold of the driver to notify him. The driver then said he does not have the phone. I then traced the phone to Pixley ka Isaka Seme Street in Marshalltown. The phone was on and it was ringing. The name of the driver is Simon in a white Polo Sedan. Uber cannot even verify if he made another trip straight after dropping me off. The trip was requested from Rivonia that morning when the phone was lost. These guys have now tried to make purchases using my details from a bottler store in town called Blue Bottle Liquors to 36 Rissik Street. I have been contacting Uber since Sunday and they are of no help. We trust this service we support them through various channels and the drivers are dishonest yet we try to contribute to society by supporting them. I'm utterly appalled by the service and will be taking further action against the driver as I have his details such a vehicle registration which I will al take to social media so that this ***** does not do this to others again. Putting in disclaimer stating you not liable for any theft simply does not make you any less of a *****.
