Lost goods

Hi I left a box with cosmetics and wigs in a Uber car today, when I tried to reach Uber to help they said the driver is saying there is nothing inside his car and they can’t provide with the Uber driver details,

I really thought Uber help line could do better in helping find the lost goods, but their service was very poor
