Lost cellphone

I am extremely dissatisfied with Uber and the way they handled the issue regarding my cellphone. I forgot my phone in an uber and tried calling immediately and the driver didn't pickup. Since I tried to call it as soon as I got out of the car—that is, within two minutes of getting off—I am positive that the driver stole it. I was seated in the front seat with my phone resting on the seat between my knees, and it wasn't on mute. He could not have missed it ringing, and I'm positive he hadn't picked up any other passengers at that point.

I contacted uber and they said the driver says he never saw it and that was the end of it.

That driver's name is Remigius Licence plate is JR 63 DC GP Its a white Toyota Etios

If anyone can sport it please let me know where I can find this man. I am using that phone for business and it is vital that I find it.

As for uber, I'd rather take a combi, they are just the same as bolt. There's no safety in their cars.
