Losing The Plot

So I have been a loyal Uber customer for the past year.Uber has sent me a few 35% discounts weekly, in the last few weeks. This has been helpful but not until recently when I received a 35% discount notification.However when I insert my promo code,I'm advised that the code cannot be used twice however as per email notification, this promo code states that it is valid until the 7th of June 2018. Must say I'm quite disappointed. If you want to retain a customer then ensure that details given are precise.
