Let down again

<p>I have just had two drivers cancel on me after accepting the ride. And then I get charged a cancellation fee! Uber is going from bad to worse. This is becoming more and more common. I tried to demand a refund on their " Help " site. The little circle just went around and around until I gave up. Pathetic. I'll walk next time. These guys suck!</p>
