Left stranded but still charged

I ordered an uber after a night out at Sibaya, it said the driver was 2 minutes away. i got charged for the service but the driver never pitched. The number provided on the app was invalid so i could not get a hold of him. tried ordering again but driver kept cancelling my request. had to take a taxi cab for more than double the price.
