Late fees

I took a uber home on Christmas it said on the app it was r44. 64 the driver took his time arriving the app said 5 min i waited for almos 10 min for him after they deducted 44.63 and is notifying me i still ove them r72. 29 aperntly my total was brought up to r116 for some late fees **** uber is ****ing us out of late fees where the driver is dropping of his friend we pay it

After email and repoting it they sent me this message We’re sorry to hear your trip didn’t go as smoothly as expected. However, we can confirm that this trip isn’t eligible for a price adjustment
