Late and bad attitude from driver

I booked Uber from Unisa to the hotel, it took more than 30 minutes to pick me up, when I called the driver was rude. When the driver finally arrived he was very rude, refused to drive us until he tells us his side of the story while he did not even want to listen to me. I am a very unhappy client.
