Last trip was a mess.

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I requested Uber on the 20th From Pretoria in town to Mamelodi Hospital, the car came and followed the GPS as always however it took us to an incorrect location I was charged for that incorrect trip were else it wasn’t my fault. The driver requested I should change the location and play around with words and see if the GPS will change it final did change however the driver did not know the area and an amount was added on top of what I was charged.</p> <p>The total amount of the trip was R336.00 for a R12 trip using public transport.</p> <p>I was already charged why another amount was added, like I said I wasn’t my fault that the driver did not know the hospital and GPS went to a different location.</p> <p>I arrived late at the hospital 5 min to end of visiting hours, I regret using Uber that day.</p> <p>I request a refund on my account as I paid a lot due to inconvenience caused by Uber GPS not me.</p> <p>Please attend to my matter ASAP.</p> <p> </p>
