Lack of service so poor

I am honestly disturbed with the way I regular consumer of Uber when a non authorized payment occurs.

There should be a mutually beneficial resolution not just one that makes a company look good, this is a serious matter and uber is just ignoring me. Or do you guys let people use other people's hard earned money to pay for uber trips and not holding the person accountable. If you check my account you'd see just how much I am investing In your business!
