Lack of service delivery - Uber eats

Placed an order on Uber Eats from BP Salt Lake Brakpan, driver never arrived. I selected the option tfor Uber to connect me to the driver to no avail - the number has been changed and not updated. I called BP Salt Lake they confirmed the order was collect and shows its been delivered on their side but it was never delivered to me. What a waste of time as it's late now and I can't place an order at any other place at this time - huge inconvenience they must just refund my money for my order and I will never use their pathetic service again

It's too difficult to get hold of Uber Eats as you can not contact them telephonically
