I've been charged twice for a single trip, first it was R282, which was incorrect, then I contacted support to rectify this, then it was an additional R191.15, without the R282 being refunded. This is an inconvenience to me and other obligations I have with MY money! I didn't enter my card details so Uber can take my money as they ****** please! This is annoying and frustrating. I want my money!
