Issue with uberdrive ,I am not getting assistance

I am complaining about uberdrive portal , I am struggling to log in to use the service in my residing area East london,I have logged in before . I have logged a query several times of which all the attempts I am being told to reset my phone and network. I have been doing all that but still I can't login so that I can work. This frustrating as I meet all the documents required for me to be a driver. I was using the app since last year then my car broke down for 3 months when it get back I started from scratch to submit documents which were successful verified but now I cannot log in !Reason I am writing here it seems as Uberdrive agency dont want to help ,write now I have quiry opened the agency is not getting back to me !I need assistance or anyone who can call me at Uberdrive as I am losing business!
