Is Uber ride still trustworthy and secure????

A new trend has set in, the driver accepted my request but never came to pick me up. The app showed that he was heading towards my destination to drop me off. I had no choice but to request afresh since I was getting late for work. To cut the story short, I was charged for 2 different cars but the time can show that it was impossible for me to ride in 2 different cars. I reported on the app and I was refunded for the **** trip BUT the **** trip deducted for the **** trip immediately after the refund. Look out for these kinds of daylight ******ies hiding in businesses we think are safe.
