Involved in an Accident and Still Charged for the Trip

I was involved in an accident during my Uber ride, just 2 minutes away from my home. The driver was hit by another vehicle that was speeding, and the impact caused injuries on my left side, including my arm, neck, and leg. I experienced dizziness, nausea, and a headache after the accident.

Despite being involved in an accident through no fault of mine and being unable to complete the trip, Uber is refusing to refund the ride. This is completely unacceptable. As a passenger, I trusted Uber with my safety, and I should not be charged for a trip that ended due to an accident and caused me physical harm.

I expect Uber to take accountability, refund the trip immediately, and treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves.
