Intimidated, feeling unsafe and hesitant to use Uber

<p>Uber I was almost picked up by Phillius at 14:20 today outside the Gautrain Station. 2 metre taxi ****s approached the car just before I opened the door and threatened the driver and me. When I crossed the road to try get in the car, they followed me with bricks and threatened me and the driver again. There was NO SECURITY outside Gautrain and AGAIN nothing is being done about your drivers safety.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your customers are now being intimidated and my wife, friends and I are not feeling safe using your service. As this has been a problem for years now, I don't feel like anything constructive has been done about it. Without customers and drivers, you don't have a business. My suggestions are that you get in touch with the Gautrain management and organize full time security to protect your staff and your clients that use your service. I would like to know what is being done, I mean REALLY being done to protect your clients and drivers outside Gautrain station and any other troublesome areas around the country.</p>
