Intimidated and assaulted by driver
<p>A friend of mine requested an uberBlack for us from Maboneng at around 2pm. Firstly the guy had a terrible attituded,threathend to beat me up and further more wanted to leave me at a garage somewhere in town. Called me a small boy. As we got to our destination. We told him how rude he is and shouldnt be treating customers like that. The guy got out of his car and further insaulted me and my girlfriend. He slapped my girlfriend and assulted me. We reported this via the app. We inboxed them on Facebook. No response still. This guy needs to be fired and taken off Uber. His Name is Nkosinathi he drives a White Mercedes-Benz C-class. Please be aware of this guy. This incident left my girlfriend emotional. </p>

Uber is useless. No help from them what so ever. They not going to tell me what is going to happen to the guy because BECAUSE I didn't call/request for the uber. All they can suggest is for me to go open a case. No support at all. I will never use uber again and wouldn't advise anyone to use it. Oh to top it off. All they gonna do is refund the trip. That's Uber for you...
