Insulted by Uber driver and called a *****

I went to the doctor this morning, the doctor gave a prescription that I need to pick you at the pharmacy. I went to Gugulethu mall and bought my things. I requested for an Uber and all the drivers were cancelling. A specific driver called Webster driving a polo CAA24794 told to take iphela. I ignored that because I am sick, I don’t want to take iphela because it is over crowded and it’s not safe because there is corona virus. I request again and drivers are canceling and I keep on trying . Webster accepted again and told me I am a trap, that I will be blocked and I must take amaphela. This is not my first time using Uber, I do my groceries on a monthly basis in Gugulethu mall and I use Uber as a mode of transportation. I have loaded all my cards on my account, If I was a trap or ***** why would I use my cards! In my life I’ve never left like this, being accused of being a *****! I had ask someone to come pick me up, I was waiting in the cold and it is raining! I was littering crying after being insulted by this person! If this is the kind or treatment customers get then me, my family and friends will be eve use Uber! I will make use I share this on all my social media platforms. I have screenshoted the conversation. He didn’t want to cancel the trip and told me I am not going home.
