insulted by Uber driver
<p>Last night at around 19:00 I call an Uber to pick up from Galleria mall, Durban </p> <p>When the driver was arriving he called me and ask where he could find me and I gave him the exact spot & entrance gate number that requires him to come in through the boom gate and get parking ticket like any other car.</p> <p>The driver started asking me "how much the ticket cost" he went on demanding that I will pay the parking ticket.</p> <p>I told him I won't be paying it, the guy started insulting me and called me crazy.</p> <p>I told him to cancel the trip.</p> <p> </p> <p>This was my almost 3rd Uber I took in Durban and the service is bad.</p> <p>They don't greet, they don't ask you about preffered routes. They just say nothing, not even thank you after the trip.</p> <p>This was the last straw. Iv never had to pay a parking ticket for the driver ever since I joined Uber. And because it's a pick up, previous drivers in Jhb never had to pay a cent because they don't even spend 10mins inside parking.</p> <p>I find this driver very rude to even tell me his customer that I'm CRAZY </p> <p>Durban drivers does not meet the standards!!! Disgusting.</p>
