Infuriating service (non)offering

I've used your reservation option before for an early flight and that was seamless hence recommending it to a friend for his early morning flight. However, was I not sorely disappointed when this morning the driver who had confirmed since yesterday afternoon cancelled the trip about 10 minutes before the set pickup time?! This is extremely frustrating because if we were aware that he would not come we would have made alternative plans, now we had to stress and worry trying to find new means of transportation, cuee in anxiety and stress as flights would not understand that this occurred. This is extremely unprofessional and unfuriating. Please try find a way to rather have a backup driver or alternative plans if you want to provide a trusted service because now I have great distrust in your services.
