Inexperience Drivers

I'm wondering what criteria is used to select a real driver. This uber guy by the name of David Mainde cause a stupid accident and caused me to delay my holiday. The worst part is that he started lying that the robot was opened for him, implying that I crossed a red robot. ****!

How do you know if your drivers can really drive? We know in SA there are people that get licences and never driver. No experience at all. How do you test them?
