Incorrectly charged

I requested yesterday a trip from work to home as I was carrying heavy boxes. I asked the driver to meet me by the gate closer to the entrance instead of coming to where I was he cancelled while the trip was already paid for. I want my refund or am reporting this further. They telling of authorisation hold that don’t make sense. I was charged and never got to enjoy the service
