Incorrect invoice - please correct urgently!

I urgently require my invoice to be updated. You charged R243.00 to my credit card, but the invoice reflects R233.00. This wouldn't be an issue, but as it was a trip for business, I need to submit my invoice for business travel. I have requested this correction now for days and only receive auto generated messages saying my query has been passed over to a team of experts to solve my query.
