Incorrect charges on my bank account

I requested an Uber ride for someone coming to my place, driver never arrived, when I checked the app the trip was ongoing at an opposite direction, I called the person I was requesting the ride for and I was informed that no car came he is still waiting at the gate. I immediately called the driver, to cancel the trip he dropped the call and canceled 2 minutes later, but I was charged for that trip.. I played complaint with their useless support they said it was a trip I requested, did absolutely nothing about it. My money gone...

Again yesterday late and early hours of the morning I am getting notifications of Uber ride charges, different amounts, I notify useless support, I was told a long story about requesting while having insufficient funds that may debit later.. I am really disappointed because these transactions are clearly *****ulent. Ride charges around AM's yet I am sleeping. I'm just not certisfied by the way they just quick to say I took those rides and maybe I requested with insufficient fund and being debited later case closed, WHAT NONSENSE IS THAT. DELTETE UBER APP AND THIS IS ALSO A SAFTEY ISSUE.
