Incorrect Billing On Receipt

I requested a trip from Lanseria airport to Centurion. I was dropped off in Centurion. I did not update my trip at any point during the trip. To my surprise, the receipt shows a different address which is a longer trip, and this was deducted from my card. I need a refund and cannot get the assistance via the app as the ticket I logged is now closed without proper investigation.
