<p>I would like to get a refund for a trip cancelled by the driver. The driver could not find the pickup location and despite making attempts to direct him, he was rude and cancelled the trip. The trip was today at 11:23am and the driver was Scotti who was driving a Corolla CA440551. I requested a pick up to go to the airport from an apartment building in the Claremont area. The driver called me as they could not find the pick-up point even though this is a well-known building in the Claremont area and the address details were given. I directed the driver to the building and told him about landmarks/shops near the building to assist him. The driver still did not arrive at the correct location and as I was late I called him to direct him again to the building and that I was waiting outside and was getting late for the airport. He put the phone down on me and cancelled the trip. I find this behaviour to be unacceptable - the fact that your driver could not find the location despite me waiting at the correct pick up point and that I have to be charged for this. I requested another Uber directly after this and that driver managed to find the right location with no issues. Please contact me as I expect a refund.</p>
