Yesterday afternoon I requested a ride and got into an off white Nissan Almera. I had just bought groceries and a few other items from pic m pay, steeldale. It belongs to driver Thabang. That's all I've been able to gather since my complaint was escalated. After he agreed to wait for me to get something from another shop he ended the trip and left with my groceries and other shopping without a word . I've been trying to track him down all afternoon yesterday and the uber support team keep going around in circles explaining useless information to me without addressing my query specifically. With every call I tried to make it just disconnected before even ringing... I'm truly appalled at this type of service and to think they pride themselves on honesty and integrity. How hard can it be to track down and employee and let them know such has happened. If it were a mistake by now I would've had my things back..I visibly walked into the other store without my bags what possible explanation could there be for his actions? Even after I confirm that I'd be right back? I'm deeply disgusted at his behavior and cannot believe people of such calibre do this...
