Incompetence and rude drivers

What terrible service I received your drivers keep accepting trips but delay by not cancelling when they realise they don’t want to take the trip. My last experience was with “Godknows” who drives a Nissan almera . Number plate FP83WVGP. I’m annoyed cause he made me wait for over 40 min and only decided to cancel when I told him I was gonna complain. FIX THIS!!
