Inappropriate Service

<p>On Sunday evening we had a truly shocking experience with one of your Uber Black drivers, he was very inappropriate, making this the most awkward and uncomfortable uber experience yet. We tried to lodge a complaint via the App itself. We haven't heard from anyone yet. I hope the company can respond and give us a number or someone to contact. I've also tried sending messages to the South African Uber Facebook page. But still no response. I hope to hear from the company soon before the matter is made public.</p>
