INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR BY UBER DRIVER

I have a complaint to lodge against a driver wrt inappropriate behavior. I cannot complain via the app as I have not booked a trip, the email address is unmonitored, the online help does not allow me to submit the completed complaint form. I urgently require an email address to send what happened through to someone who will receive same and deal with it - this is regarding an Uber driver in Gqeberha.
