In short, South African uber promotes and supports theft from their empoyees.

I sent an package for our business to one of our Shoprite Checkers sites, the notification came threw that package was delivered, the driver infact did not deliver the package at all and had ****** it all at a value of over R6000. In an attempt to contact the driver he put the phone down in my ear 3 times before cutting the communication line. In an attempt to contact uber support I got cut off of their email line after I got an automated messaging saying “ We have taken the opportunity to review your concern and can see that you have previously reached out to us about this issue. Thus, we'll be closing this contact to streamline our communication and avoid any confusion.” In at attempt to contact Uber once again I called their South African call line, which has yet again another automated message saying that the line has been cut and now the only way to contact them is by the support email line which they cut me off after identifying the problem.

In short, South African uber promotes and supports theft from their empoyees.

WOW! Uber does not contact me or anything at all, they let the driver send me a whatsapp telling me that I was wrong and the person was not there, I then stated that there are always employees at Shoprite especially during the day and that it was not possible. I had brought up that I would just like my package back as that is what I value, that is when my messages no longer went threw and now I am once again out of contact with Uber.

UBER NOW PROOFING THEY WONT HELP, THEY WONT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY, they wont even contact you to try and sort out a problem as big as THEFT from companies.

Thank you UBER SOUTH AFRICA for supporting and helping your employees get away with theft!
