Uber has by far the most efficient and effective customer service centre. I have logged in multiple queries, from food not being delivered on uber eats to trips being cancelled and they have no problem giving your money back. Query turn around time is very low and the agents are very competent. I guess that is why this company is growing. I am impressed .. Keep up the good work Uber
