Impound Money not paid
I'm so sad a a female driver of 2 years in South Africa our car was empounded and u paid R9500 and we upload the receipt and money was approved but was sent to a wrong partner because the my driver let us to the other partner because we were paid back....
I went in to ask and a gentle man called Mpumi said we really apologize this is what happened your money was refunded but by mistake it went to a wrong partner please come back again on Tuesday we will ascalate this matter. Tuesday I went back and another lady attended to me with the help of Mpumi and the lady said sorry the is red flags on the fleet from 2021 like ***** or something so sorry they can not pay the money back ...the owner of the fleet must sought this out
Well it's my late husband the owner of the fleet how come you never picked this up and resolve it for 3 years ,and why was the receipt approved and money released but paid to the wrong partner but the car is on our fleet and now the fleet owner the money was paid to is no functional.
This is sad I'm a single mother of 5 who is continuing cause we invested 4 cars in uber please can some help me ..
