IMPOSSIBLE TO GET YOU LOST ITEM BACK

UBER DRIVER GRAHAM DOUGLAS HAMILTON- CAR REG-LN93RCGP is so horrible and cold hearted ,look out for that guy. Uber when trying to retrieve your lost item is just a useless and exhausting process ,there have no help line or call center to reach out to. The driver took my bag on purpose cause we had a little disagreement. I reached out to Uber via the app and they confirmed the driver has my bag but they will take it to Greenlight uber offices. They said once the bag is there they will notify me. Its been 1 month now no communication or update from them. My wallet, cellphone, keys were inside my bag that the uber driver took with him. YOUR SERVICE IS SHOCKING.
