Impossible to contact Uber customer care ...

Normally no problems with Uber ... but today, we requested a ride, the driver arrived, and as we approached the car he drove off! The app then said the ride had been cancelled. We had to order another ride. I have now been charged a R15 cancellation fee, which is unacceptable seeing as I was not the one who cancelled the trip, the driver did! Attempts to contact Uber have failed, absolutely impossible, so I'm hoping this review will prompt someone to contact me, and refund me the cancellation fee.
