I'm truly disappointed in Uber never using them again if this continues

Hii I had trouble with Uber yesterday in regards to a ride cancellation which in turn took my ride fare and never returned it even after the cancellation of the ride. The money hasn't been transferred back into my account and it's been more than the 6 hours required for the expiration of the Authorization fee they need. I'm furious as this is terrible behavior from Uber very disappointed.
