I'm so disappointed with you uber

I'm so disappointed with uber. I took a cash trip this morning when i get by my work place I told the driver ill take cash inside and He didn't end the trip I gave him R125 but now He showed me that the trip is R148 and I got emeil that says I didn't pay the full price of R148 I must pay R48 .. really uber I'm so disappointed
