Im not happy at all with how Uber operates

Im not happy at all with uber service, you request a ride then you wait 10 minutes to find a driver then again after getting you a driver you wait and 18 minutes and the time of driver keep on extending. Yes for uber wait and saver i understand but for uberGo to wait 18 for the driver. That is totally unacceptable and is not for the first time. Today was worse since I requested from 7:13 till 7:40 then I decided to cancel and after that the will charge you cancellation fee for the careless mistake. Why would the driver accept your ride while he knows that he is very far then he will tell you that how will he know that you are not in a hurry. If i was not in hurry i would have requested wait and save. Now im got late at work because of useless uber service
