I'll relax at the Gerage for a while, so the client can pay more

So Uber, I sent for a package to be picked up , the person sending the package, is standing right infront of the adress , the tracking showed he is there somewhere I phone the driver, he said he is at precisely the adress, but I tell hom , she can't find him Eventually the lady sending the package walks down the road, the next moment she tells me , there is a motorbike standing at the Gerage, driver just relaxing I phone hom again, tell him straight, you at a Gerage not the address, can you fetch my package The lady then tell me , he clearly looked at her she is the only person infront of the adress , that is waifing at him He then proceed to right up and down, past her , turning into other streets, eventually he stopped, and took the parcel, he then come and delivered the package GESS WHAT I am now charged an exstra R17 " becouse the driver had to wait" UBER, so your driver go and park at the Gerage so you can deduct more money??? Then when you try to log a complaint, your app say , amount to stay the same , because the driver had to wait HOW fu.... ******* can you be!!
