Extremely poor customer service. They have no respect whatsoever in there tone when speaking to customers. And they literally take weeks to address an issue when you raise 1. They don't even take weeks it's as if your query is just ignored via the application and the customer support center. Even InDriver's customer support is faster and much more efficient.
