I wish there was an actual alternative that wasnt worse

The convenience of being able to get a ride anywhere is the real selling point of this app, but in reality, the baseline quality of the drivers is shockingly low. They are very clearly not trained at all. Always loud blaring music, always boiling hot car, often late, often go incorrect routes (not following the exact GPS route). In one case, my partner was taken to CBD Johannesburg when her destination was western suburbs, about 7km north west of where she was taken. Clearly the driver was not following GPS and in fact it looked like a kidnapping / human trafficking attempt. We reported it, but that's just one case. In general, the drivers, especially those based around Alexandra or near it, are shockingly bad with courtesy, punctuality, and ability to just use a GPS. For example, one time they were summoned, they went to Modderfontein game reserve instead of Buccleuch. Like... you can't even follow a GPS? Another occasion (yesterday), the driver came to fetch her (she's on crutches), and parked far away, and said he couldn't get to the store she was standing outside because of "traffic". This was in a calm, quiet central suburb of Joburg. Sheer nonsense and totally unprofessional. Rating them down makes no difference because you never get the same driver again. The fact that we have to pay extra for disability help (a basic human courtesy of helping someone on crutches get into a car!) and the fact that we have to pay extra for a woman driver (to reduce chances of SA or GBV), is totally unacceptable. It should be gratis for both, otherwise it's ACTIVELY discriminatory. And we are forced for various reasons to give you business every day due to geography, car situation, crutches, etc.
