I was ***UALLY ASSAULTED by an UBER DRIVER !!!

This is quite personal and has happened around 2018 already, but I have never really spoken up about it. Unfortunately there’s not much I can do about the situation except warn others. I was out one night and my friends left without me so I needed a cab to get back home. I didn’t have the Uber app on my phone and a couple, outside the place I was at, offered to order me one. I took them up on their offer. When the car matching the details on their app arrived I went and got in. I don’t know what happened but I fell asleep and when I woke up his hands was up my skirt, touching me. I got such a fright that I jumped out of the car traumatised and ran the rest of the way back home. I remember him screaming stuff at me, I was terrified from what had happened. I couldn’t report him, because I had none of his details and I didn’t know the couple who ordered the cab for me. He is still out there and could be driving you or someone you care about. What I’ve learnt: 1. Never drive alone in a Uber. 2. Never order a Uber from someone else’s phone. 3. Don’t sit infront. 4. Don’t just trust anyone.
