I WAS **********. DISGUSTING SERVICE

Uber driver by the name of Elvis driving a white Nissan Almera charged me twice after dropping off my wife and kids at their school. He waited for them without notifying them. He called me and I advised him that I cannot use the app to request him to drop them off back at home. I said I was going to fetch them myself which I did. He then asked how much I was charged, I advised just over R50.......soon later another R70 was deducted from my account for a second charge. seems he charged me a second amount for waiting which no one requested from him and I was not told anything about an extra charge. I am shocked and disgusted by the service I received. Never again will I use Uber. I never had this problem with Bolt(Taxify).
