I was promised free rides and never been delivered

<p>I gave first time users my promo code to get their rides free. According to Uber, whe one uses your promo code you should qualify for a free ride as well. </p> <p> </p> <p>I gave 3 people my promo code and used Uber and I never got the free rides subsequent to that. I emailed Uber to query this and they have not gotten back to me since mid August.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since I emailed them to follow up on my query no one got back to me and I have not been credited for the 3 free rides as they promised.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not sure how to attached a word document of the email conversation.
